How do I open an account?
Email orders@mwanda.com or WhatsApp us with your company name and volume needs. We typically onboard within 24 hours.

What order minimums apply?
No minimum for existing accounts. Volume pricing starts at 5+ deliveries per month.

Do you offer contracts?
Yes — monthly and annual agreements with locked-in pricing and a dedicated account manager.

What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (USD wire or ZiG), card, and invoice billing with Net-15 or Net-30 terms for approved accounts. You will not need to pay before each order.

Can I order for multiple recipients at once?
Yes. Each order specifies one delivery address, so for multiple recipients you place separate orders. All orders in a billing period appear on a single invoice.

What products can I send?
Groceries, care packages, household essentials, and custom bundles. Once logged in you can browse the full catalog and adjust quantities. Bespoke orders can be arranged by contacting your account manager.

How does delivery work?
We deliver to all suburbs in Harare. Deliveries are made the same day or next day depending on cut-off times. Your recipient receives WhatsApp confirmation with a photo when the package is handed over.

Can recipients exclude items they don’t want?
Yes. Each package has a dietary restrictions / exclusions field. Removed items are deducted from the order total — recipients only pay for what they actually want.
